Why "Lactation Support" and not just "Breastfeeding"?
Because I support the whole feeding journey, not just one way of doing it.
“Lactation” includes breastfeeding, chestfeeding, pumping, bottle-feeding expressed milk, combined feeding, and every version of feeding that supports both your baby’s needs and your well-being.
Whether you’re nursing, pumping, triple feeding, or still figuring it out, this is a space where your experience matters and where support doesn’t come with judgment.

Does any of this feel familiar?
✔️ You're pregnant and want to feel prepared instead of panicked on day one
✔️ Your milk just came in, and everything feels swollen and chaotic
✔️ You’re worried your supply is too low, or feeding takes forever
✔️ You’ve read too much conflicting advice and don’t know what to trust
✔️ You're unsure if your baby is latching well or if it “should hurt this much”
✔️ You have a toddler and wonder if you can keep breastfeeding when the new baby arrives
✔️ You're planning to return to work and wondering how to maintain lactation
What can we work on together?
These are some of the most common reasons families reach out:
-
Getting started in the first days after birth
-
Emotional overwhelm and doubt around feeding
-
Latching and positioning issues
-
Nipple pain or trauma
-
Low or excessive milk supply
-
Breast engorgement or clogged ducts
-
Pumping routines and strategies
-
Building a freezer stash
-
Combining breast and bottle feeding
-
Preparing to return to work
You don’t need to wait until it gets worse to seek support.
What to expect from a session
Every session is tailored to what’s really happening for you right now.
We'll combine:
-
Listening and emotional support
-
Assessment of latch, baby’s feeding behavior, and your physical state
-
Practical tools you can apply immediately
-
A short written summary with key takeaways, if requested
No agenda. No pressure.
Just grounded support and space to breathe.

Choose what fits you best
No two feeding journeys are the same, and neither is the care you deserve.
Whether you're looking for one-time help or want continuous support, you’ll leave with more clarity, less stress, and real tools that work. Let’s make feeding feel possible again!
Each session includes a full assessment, warm guidance, and a written plan for your current stage and goals.
