For a birth you feel part of,
not just something that happens to you
Whether you're preparing for your first baby or navigating an additional birth, you deserve more than clinical updates and rotating staff.
You deserve someone who stays. Someone who sees you, listens to you, and helps you feel calm, prepared, and safe, wherever and however your birth unfolds.
This isn’t about someone doing it for you, It’s about feeling held, respected, and supported, so you can do it your way. With presence and confidence.
What you get and why it’s different
A birth grounded in calm, not fear
My care is rooted in "Föda utan Rädsla" (Birth Without Fear), a Swedish method that understands how fear affects labor.
You and your partner will learn tools, such as breath, voice, touch and presence, to regulate your nervous system and stay connected to your body’s rhythm through each wave.
Consistent presence
You won’t have to explain yourself again and again. From our first meeting to your baby’s arrival (and after), I stay. I notice what you need, often before you ask.
Emotional support you can feel
During labor, you’re met with calm presence, practical comfort techniques, and emotional safety.
If stress or fear show up, I guide you gently back to your body and to the moment, without pressure or rush.
Support that adapts to your experience
There’s no script. No fixed formula.
Your emotional and physical needs lead the way, and my support flexes to meet you, moment by moment.
A soft landing into postpartum
Support doesn’t stop when the baby is born.
I stay through early bonding and reconnect with you at home, so your first steps into postpartum feel as smooth as possible.

All services are available in English, Portuguese, and Swedish.
In-person care in Malmö, Lund, the surrounding towns, and Copenhagen.

The Road to Birth Doula Support
01. Starting point
You book a cost-free introductory meeting, which can be called a “me” meeting. Whether it is an in-person meeting at a coffee place of your choice or a virtual conversation, it is the time to introduce myself and tell you how I work, ensuring clarity about my role as Birth Doula. We will have about 30-45 minutes.
02. Birth preparation meetings
If you decide to proceed with birth support, we formalize it with the Agreement Letter and secure your reservation with an initial fee, which will be deducted from subsequent payments (except in case of cancellation).
-
The first session focuses on the foundations of birth. We talk through your preferences, wishes, and expectations, revisit previous experiences, explore the stages of labor and hospital routines, and build your birth plan together.
-
The second session is more practical and experiential. We work on physical and emotional preparation for birth, breathing exercises, positions, comfort measures, and strategies for the partner or support person, so that you feel more confident and aligned for the day of birth.
03. On-call
I will be on-call around the clock for 5 weeks. It means 2 weeks before the estimated due date until the baby arrives.
In case of a recommendation or approval for a cesarean, we can either go together to the hospital or arrange to meet there.
04. Birth support
When labor begins, you can contact me for guidance. We decide where to meet, either at your home or the hospital, and I will stay with you throughout the birth and for a while after the birth.
Regarding a cesarean section, my presence in the operating room will be subject to hospital policies. In some cases, I may be present during the preparation but not during the surgery itself. After the cesarean, I will be available in the recovery room or by the baby's side, according to your preference.
05. Follow-up meeting
I respect your space and reconnect later at your home to offer further support, especially adjusting to the initial phase at home.
