Before anything else, we meet. You share what's on your mind, where you are in your journey, what feels uncertain, and what you're hoping for. Whether you're preparing for birth, navigating the postpartum weeks, or finding your way through feeding and lactation, I listen. From there, I walk you through how I work and which of my services might be the right fit for you, so you can make a decision that feels clear and unhurried. Available in person in Malmö or online, in English, Portuguese, or Swedish.
