Before anything else, we meet. You share what's on your mind: where you are in your journey, what feels uncertain, what you're hoping for. Whether you're preparing for birth, navigating the postpartum weeks, or finding your way through feeding and lactation, I listen. From there, I walk you through how I work and which of my services might be the right fit for you, so you can make a decision that feels clear and unhurried. Available in person in Malmö or online, in English, Portuguese, or Swedish.
